Painting, Pressure Cleaning & Sealing Services in Broward County
Most contractors do one of these. We do all three — and that is the point.
A Broward County home does not just need paint. It needs the mildew pressured cleaned off the north wall before the paint goes on. It needs the paver driveway sealed so the sun stops bleaching it. It needs the fence stained before the wood goes grey. Hire three companies and you get three schedules, three invoices, and three people blaming each other. Hire us and one crew handles the whole exterior.
Broward Paint and Seal has been doing this since 2011. Owner-operated and insured, based in Plantation. Not a franchise.

Painting
We use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products chosen for South Florida specifically — UV load, humidity, and the mildew pressure that comes with both. Every exterior job starts with pressure washing, crack filling, elastomeric caulking and priming. That prep is most of the labour and all of the difference between a paint job that lasts three years and one that lasts eight.
- Interior Painting — Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets. Moisture and mildew-resistant finishes that matter in kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms.
- Exterior Painting — Stucco, wood, siding and masonry. Full prep, premium coatings, results built for the climate.
- Residential Painting — Whole-home interior and exterior packages for Broward homeowners.
- Commercial Painting — Offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses and HOA communities, with night and weekend scheduling so you keep trading.
Painting a Fort Lauderdale waterfront property is not the same job as painting a Coral Springs HOA community. Salt air, tree cover and stucco condition all change the prep.
Pressure Cleaning
South Florida grows things on concrete. Between the humidity, the tree canopy and the rain, driveways go black, roofs streak, and pool decks turn slick. We clean at the right pressure for the surface — soft wash for roofs and stone, higher pressure where it is safe.
- Pressure Washing — Driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, fences and building exteriors.
- Roof Cleaning — Soft wash that kills algae and black streaking without lifting tile or stripping granules.
- Driveway Pressure Cleaning — Oil, rust, mildew and the black olive staining that Broward drivers know well.
- Exterior Surface Cleaning — Everything else on the outside of the property.
Cleaning is also the first step of every exterior painting and sealing job we do. Sealing over a dirty surface traps the dirt underneath it.
Sealing & Restoration
This is the part most painting companies skip, and it is where the money is saved. A sealed paver driveway holds its colour and its joint sand. An unsealed one fades, spreads and grows weeds — we wrote about what that actually costs over a few years. Same for travertine pool decks and wood fences.
- Paver Sealing — Brick paver driveways, pool decks and patios. Cleaned, re-sanded and sealed so the joints lock and the colour comes back.
- Travertine Sealing — Breathable sealers for travertine and marble that will not trap moisture or turn the stone slick.
- Fence Staining & Sealing — Premium penetrating stains that show the grain and shed water.
Pool decks are worth a specific mention. Concrete, paver and travertine decks all take direct sun and constant water, and all three fail differently. We clean and seal all three, with slip-resistant products where the surface calls for it — the standard on every Weston and Davie pool deck we touch.
How We Work
Free estimate, in writing. We come out, look at the actual property, and send a detailed scope. No pressure, no same-day-only pricing. We respond within 24 hours.
Prep before product. Pressure wash, repair, caulk, prime. The unglamorous part decides how long the job lasts.
One crew, start to finish. We do not subcontract the work out to whoever is free that week. The people who quote the job are the people who do it.
Clean site, every day. Your driveway, landscaping and walkways are left the way we found them.
Where We Work
We are based in Plantation and work across all of Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Davie, Weston, Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Cooper City, Miramar, Pompano Beach and Parkland.

Common Questions
How much does exterior painting cost in Broward County?
An average single-family home typically runs $2,500–$4,500, depending on size, the condition of the existing surfaces, and the products selected. Stucco repair or heavy prep moves that number. See our exterior painting page for what the process includes, or ask for a written estimate specific to your property.
How often does a South Florida home need repainting?
Most Broward exteriors need repainting every five to seven years. Direct sun, humidity and wind-driven rain shorten paint life here compared with most of the country. Fading, chalking, peeling or visible mildew are the signs. Regular exterior cleaning meaningfully extends the gap between repaints.
Do I need to seal my paver driveway?
Not strictly — but unsealed pavers fade, lose their joint sand, shift, and grow weeds between them. Sealing every two to three years costs a fraction of re-laying a driveway.
Can you paint and pressure clean in the same visit?
Yes, and it is usually the right order. Pressure cleaning is the first step of any exterior paint job anyway, so combining the two saves a mobilisation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Florida painting contractor licence CC#13-P-18257-X, and fully insured. More about the company, and we are happy to provide a certificate before work starts.
